"Support helped me “really fast”"
I reached out to support and got an answer quickly. They helped me fix the issue without much back and forth, so overall it was a “smooth” experience

"Took a few tries, then it finally clicked"
It took me a little bit to get the hang of it, but after a few tries it started making sense. Like I said, there’s a small learning curve, but nothing too frustrating. Once it clicked, it was easy to use. Like I said, just give it a bit of time

"Schema sync was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried using the schema sync, it gave me more headaches than I expected. It missed changes a couple of times, so I ended up having to go back and double-check everything myself. Maybe I’m being picky, but if I’m relying on a sync feature, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it to catch the changes properly. Not really happy with the experience

"Super easy install and setup"
I installed DbSchema today and it was smooth, smooth. The download finished fast, the setup didn’t throw any confusing stuff at me, and I had it connected to my database in just a few minutes. I did have to check the driver once, but it was easy easy to find. Overall, really nice first experience with no annoying steps.

"Shockingly, It Just Works"
I tried it with all my databases expecting at least one dramatic compatibility meltdown, but nope. Everything connected without a fuss. How inconveniently reliable.

"Query builder has been super handy"
I’ve been using the query builder a lot and it’s made things quicker for me without having to dig into SQL too much. I did ask support a couple questions early on, and their reply was basically, “You can handle most of this right from the builder, no need to overcomplicate it.” That ended up being true. It’s been a nice time-saver.

"Helpful for team database work"
We use DbSchema when our team needs to review database changes together. Nice. The shared design view and comments really help us stay on the same page and avoid messing up each other’s work. It did take a little time to get used to, but it’s been handy overall.

"I’ve been using it for a bit..."
I’ve been using it for a bit now, usually while I’m bouncing between tabs with coffee on my desk, and it just runs smoothly. No random crashes or weird freezing so far, which is all I really wanted

"I got the hang of it pretty..."
I got the hang of it quickly. It was simple, straightforward, and didn’t take much effort to figure out...

"Useful tool, but I wish I had thought more about the cost"
DbSchema is a solid tool, and I do like the visual features a lot. It works well for what it does, but I kind of regret not weighing the price a bit more before getting into it. For a team, I can see it making more sense, but as a single user, it feels a little hard to justify sometimes. It’s not a bad product at all, just pricier than I expected for my needs...

"Nice diagrams, though a little busy"
The diagrams are clear overall, which I liked. They do feel a bit cluttered in places, like there’s just slightly too much going on at once. Exporting works, but it could be smoother... not bad, just feels like it needs a little polish.

"Helpful for viewing database layouts, but a bit disappointing"
I used DbSchema to get a better visual feel for my database layout, and it did make the tables easier to understand. That part was genuinely useful. I was a little disappointed, though, because some features weren’t very easy to find and I had to spend more time clicking around than I expected. Overall, it helped, but I wish the experience had been smoother.

"Pretty solid docs overall"
dbschema’s documentation was easy enough to follow. The setup steps and examples helped, especially for figuring out the schema diagrams.

A few things could’ve used more detail, and I had to poke around a bit. But overall, it got me moving without much hassle

"Reverse engineering did the job, with some cleanup"
I tried DbSchema to reverse engineer an existing database, and to be fair, it did pull in most of the tables and relationships without much trouble. It definitely saved me some time, so I can’t really say it failed at what I needed it for.
That said, the layout needed quite a bit of manual fixing afterward, and a few foreign keys were confusing until I looked closer. It’s not bad, and I’ll probably keep using it when I need to, but for the price I was hoping the whole process would feel a little more polished.
